I’m a real estate broker who enjoys working with investors of all experience levels!
Experienced real estate investors understand the benefits of real estate investing and usually have specific criteria of interest. Entry-level investors often need more assistance to define their goals and select properties that will help meet those goals. For landlords I can offer as much or as little assistance as may be required. I’ve found many smaller landlords need help with screening tenants and leasing but do not wish to be tied into a long-term management contract. I’m happy to offer leasing services without monthly management.Ask me for details.
